Welcome to MyUnityCodes! By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital assets, Unity source code, or other products ("Products") available on our platform, you agree to comply with these License Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Products.

1. Scope of License

When you purchase or download a Product from MyUnityCodes, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product under the terms outlined below. You do not own the Product itself but acquire the rights to use it as specified.

2.1. Personal Projects

3.4. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Product in any project that contains:

• Offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material
• Content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

4.1. Retention of Rights

All Products are owned by their respective authors or licensors. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership to you.

4.2. MyUnityCodes Branding

You may not remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or branding notices included in the Product unless explicitly permitted.

4.3. Third-Party Rights

Some Products may contain third-party assets or libraries. It is your responsibility to review and comply with any third-party license terms that may apply.

5. License Types

5.1. Single-Use License

• Allows use of the Product in one project.
• Additional uses require purchasing separate licenses.

5.2. Unlimited Use License

• Permits use in multiple projects by the same individual or entity.
• Redistribution or resale is still prohibited.

5.3. Extended License

• Grants broader usage rights, including distribution in commercial projects with conditions.
• Specific terms will be outlined at the time of purchase.

6. Termination of License

Your license will automatically terminate if you:

• Violate these License Terms.
• Use the Product in unauthorized ways.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Product and delete all copies in your possession.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

7.2. No Liability for Damages
